🤖 Troops is building a next-generation intelligent no-code automation and teamwork solution for customer-facing and commercial teams. You should have:

• 4-8+ years of experience building web applications
• Deep understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, and concurrency
• Experience working with relational databases in a production environment
• Exposure to strong engineering culture and passion for engineering best practices
• Desire to influence product direction and work on multi-functional teams
• Familiarity with JavaScript and ReactJS or similar frameworks
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to play a big role in building a startup
• Technical curiosity and enthusiasm for continuously improving the codebase
• Ability to scope projects, make tradeoffs, and prioritize features for optimal user outcomes
• Attention to detail and drive to build top-quality, best-in-class product
• Demonstrate ownership while shipping fast in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• ReactJS/Typescript - our configuration and customization portal is built in React on Webpack
• PostgreSQL - our database technology of choice, running on RDS

• GitHub - trusted source control and code review tool of choice
