Education Requirements:

College grad with an CS degree or equivalent experience

We’re looking for someone who:

·      Works seamlessly with other teams and roles

A qualified applicant must be able to:

·      Design simple, elegant solutions to complex problems

·      Write clean, testable, and well-documented software

·      Collaborate with peers to make decisions on features, design, technology, & architecture

·      Work in parts of the stack that might be new or unfamiliar

·      Give technical feedback to other developers regarding design and code

·      Contribute to technical documentation about the product

·      Talk to customers and sales people about business problems & solutions

Stuff that will put you at the top of our list if you have 5 or more years of experience with any of the following:

·      Functional Programming

·      JVM Languages: Clojure, Java, Scala

·      Front End Technologies: React w/ TypeScript

·      Mobile Development: React Native

·      Advanced software design concepts: Asynchronous design, caching & memoization, concurrency and parallelism, performance testing & optimization

·      Delivery and deployment of code: Git, CI, Docker, AWS, Azure
