Senior Software Engineer, C++

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that works on pushing the boundaries of our state-of-the-art high-frequency trading platform. You will work on software that interacts with exchanges globally and gain a deep understanding of how information flows across the financial systems. Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of our core libraries that support high-frequency trading strategies
• Work on optimizing performance and expanding the reach of our trading platform that collects data from and sends orders to exchanges around the world
• Leverage advanced algorithms and data structures to improve the speed and accuracy of our tick by tick backtesting research platform
• Create tools to deploy, monitor and analyze our production processes crucial to the firm’s success
• Interact directly with traders to communicate technology changes, manage incidents and troubleshoot problems
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews and internal sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of strong Object-Oriented programming experience using C++ in a linux environment
• Strong understanding of computer systems, multithreading, networks, and performance optimization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience developing low latency systems a plus
• Strong written communication skills and intermediate English skills
• Passion and curiosity for quant trading and cryptocurrency markets
