Remote Software Developer (Haskell)

Write and maintain enterprise Haskell backends as part of a client team

Tech stack

  • Haskell

Work as part of a client development team alongside another Flipstone developer to build and maintain backend systems in Haskell at a socially-forward Texas retailer. Pair-programming with both Flipstone and client developers is to be expected, including mentoring client developers to develop their engineering skills and knowledge.

• Our team is organized around US Central Time, a majority of working hours will need to overlap.

• Work on your own hardware, set up however you like to be productive.

In the current pandemic situation:

• Work from home, engaging frequently with Flipstone and client team members via Slack and Zoom.

Once the current pandemic has passed:

• If you are remote, travel 1 - 4 times per year to client.

• If you are in Austin, up to 4 overnights a month at client location(s).

Compensation

$40K - 130K
