We are the latest project of the startup studio eFounders. eFounders specialises in building SaaS products to power the future of work. The 30 companies born out of the studio since 2011 have raised more than $500m in funding for a combined valuation of over $3b and have 2000+ employees.

Among the successful eFounders companies are Aircall, Front, Spendesk, Mailjet, Mention, TextMaster and many more.

Dotfile ambitions to become the leading platform for onboarding orchestration. Our product allows businesses to build onboarding workflows for their customers or suppliers in a few minutes and without coding. Our solution covers all their onboarding needs: document checks, identity verification, contract signature, CRM integration and more.

Thanks to Dotfile, marketplaces, fintech or insurance companies with complex KYC or KYB requirements are able to onboard users faster and increase revenue.

The position

As our first Product Manager, you will work closely with the co-founders and the tech team to go from insight to delivery.

Product discovery

• Work hand-in-hand with the CEO on customer research to discover pain points and needs through qualitative and insights
• Develop a data-driven approach to understand and exploit conversion, engagement and growth levers

Product strategy

• Craft the product vision based on data collected from users, teammates feedback, analysis, benchmarks, etc
• Help turn Dotfile's long term strategy into a well-thought roadmap and OKRs: you will make sure that we’re building the right features

Product delivery

• Be responsible for well-paced execution of sprints, by maintaining tight collaboration with engineers and designers
• Lead QA to ensure that all features shipped are bug-free and analyze features performance

Requirements

• 3 years + experience in a similar role or in a position with high product exposition
• Experience in Product Design and working with Figma is a strong plus
• Customer-obsessed: you recognise that user feedbacks are key to product development. You have empathy for users and like to interact with them and put yourself in their shoes 🙌
• Data-driven: your work is driven by qualitative and quantitative data. You are at ease with modern analytics tools. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus 📈
• Ownership mentality: you are doer and have a bias for action, no task is below you. You like to own projects from start to finish 👩‍💻
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments where you have broad responsibilities. You are ambitious and want to take a part in the development of a world-class product and company 🚀
