Front end UI Developer – JavaScript OR TypeScript Or ReScript (Functional)

We are looking for a talented frontend User Interface developer, with a keen interest in functional programming paradigms, to work alongside a talented team of developers and architects in building bespoke and cutting-edge User interfaces the leading analytics and Ai service provider, LogicMonitor.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for functional programming, and will join a super-smart product development team, working on the ongoing development and maintenance of a next-generation AIOPS (Artificial Intelligence Operations) platform for enterprise data.

You will work closely with the existing UI team, alongside other experienced developers, and architects in maintaining the User Interface for the Machine Learning AIOPS system,

There will be a requirement to be in the office 1-2 days per week (close to London Waterloo), and for the rest of the time, the job can be completed remotely.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript or ReScript or JavaScript.
• Familiar with the concepts of functional programming or super eager to learn them!
• Committed to using functional programming concepts to build a high quality and reliable product.
• Fanatical about using functional programming with Typescript / ReScript and React ecosystems.
• Practical experience with Github.
• Experience with contributing to Single Page web applications, testing components, and contributing to a collaborative team repository.
• Practical experience in building Docker container images
• Some experience with browser debug tools for layout, process inspection, and network analysis.
• Degree in a scientific field (prefer CS or Math).
