DevOps Team Lead

What you will do:

• Own our infrastructure from, CI/CD to trace monitoring and log management
• Solve scalability and resilience problems using gitops, infrastructure as code, microservices, container orchestration, distributed databases, and message queues
• Maintain the security of Passbase systems
• Build and mentor a great team
• Help shape and execute our processes
• Design the overall architecture alongside other experienced professionals
• Learn and grow with us

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps role
• Experience with cloud-based architectures
• Experience building complex and modern infrastructures
• Comfort with ownership of entire projects and teams
• Comfort communicating with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with different tools from the CNCF landscape

You will need to be ready to learn and work with our current stack. Experience with these tools will help:

• Full Hashicorp Stack (Nomad, Consul, Vault, Packer, Vagrant, Terraform and Sentinel)
• Ansible, Gitlab, Docker / LXD, Ubuntu, NGINX / ELB
• Grafana / Prometheus, ELK, psql, Redis
• AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ElastiCache)
